You don't understand my c class ICOE. I could have been somebody if he's gon Ta, be that kind of part imo Ting, my Tikintebat rmenwo welcome to buy polar style. Heyhow you doing this is. I am Johnn ymotions and I'm real glad to have youhere. So you know I'm not actually going to use that intro, it's prettyover the top, isn't it I like it, I'd like to listen to it now and then Imight share it once in a while, but I'm I'm getting the voiceover person to doan Intro, so it'll start to even out and you'll get a little more consistentintroduction to the podcast here...

...shortly like after this weekend ngetting some more parts, I need to do the phone interviews and then I get ainterview, a couple of cool people. I've met on the twitter yeah, sotoday's Thursday, in California Ousa it's been a long week. Man Working ishard. I know everybody that works knows working is hard, but man. It seemsextra hard when anything sets you off like if you're a bipolar man it workingis ridiculous. Sometimes Yo when sometimes getting out of bed isridiculous, but you've got to eat. You got to pay. Rent you got to do stufflike stuff has to happen in life, where you will, like literally end up in thestreet. So what do you Doeng? You just N fucking work it out man and whatreally sucks here's one of the things I was noticing in some of the online kindof groups. Is there the ore, the main differences between bipolar and justregular depression? Is that when you...

...have bipolar, the doctors will rarelygive you anything for the depressive aspect of by polar first? In other words, they don't really treat your depression first, they go for yourMenia they're, like Oh, let's work on your sleep. First, let's give you thesedrugs to slow you down, and then those I mean. Obviously, you can't work withtoo many of those in your system either. So it becomes a whole kind of dog andpony show with trying to figure out what drugs work. For you, what onesmellow you out enough so that you can handle a job without knocking you out, meaning that you're not able to perform the job. So it's pretty tricky and I'm not sure about other bypolarfolks, but I've noticed this kind of pattern happens over course of you know many many months or even years, and that will get a good job. Basically I'll beyou know, moderately, it's a Ma kind of...

...hypomatic get a good job to latch ontomy skills. Take advantage of all the great things I have to offer, offer me medical insurance and thenI'll go to the doctor. Then don't get some meds and then I'll get therapy. However, in every case so far, the meds and the therapy aren't quite enough ofa combination to prevent every occurrence. So then I end up screwing up at worksomehow and ways that haven't really been explained to me. But you know longand short of it. I end up losing jobs. You lose your jobs, you lose yourmedical insurance, then you lose your meds, no job, no medical insurance, nomeds move from town to town. Try to hook up with the local kind of publichealth system, they're always chasing around your record, to try to figureout what the last docor prescribe for you. They can' always match the samemeds that you took before so now. You're taking different mids and goingthrough different mood swings. So the...

...whole thing is this crazy circus of oftrial and error. Really so trying to do all of that, while maintaining a job tofeed yourself and house yourself is a challenge to say the least. So I liketo say s hit so happy it's Thursday. Now, actually I'm gedding. I don't liketo say that, but my grandma did used to say it. I think it was funny so ShittouShit. It's Thursday can't wait for tomorrow tomorrow, OAnyway, back to tomorrow, Tomorrow's paid I at work yeah. So I can get theparts I need to get my podcast guests on here we'll start sharing podcast infinding cool people that want to share their stories. I think the NEAT thingabout having a podcast is: I can reach out to people and help each other sharestories with one another in a way, that's little more meaningful than thewritten word I mean, God bless people who write blogs in text and tweet andfacebook posts, but actually, when you...

...hear people's stories come out in theirown words into your ears, man, sometimes it's really moving and it'snice to know that other people actually feel and really resonate the same wayyou do, especially if you are in a bad place. I don't know if you found thispodcast in a bad place like how you're feeling right now and if you are by allmeans reach out. We've got some good resources that bipolar stylecom support. There's some warm lines where you can call people and just chat, doesn't haveto be urgent, like you'R, not don't have to be ready to jump off a buildingor anything. I filed them all into that cabinet. In myhead and by lunch I was miserable just miserable, and you know what do you doso if you, if you have a job at least I had some structure? U, I can kind ofplough through my emails and make sure...

...things happen. Personally, like I writea bike rode. My bike home from work got a little exercise and that's alwaysgood to release some actual energy from your from your system. Just get it outthat helps relax a little bit beyond that, thoughman just got to breathe. So I'm really happy. It's Thursday. I'd like to sharemore really look forward to these interviews,we're going to do on the weekend, so that's all cool when to get on thetwitter train and figure out and how to better promotes. That's such achallenge to me, I'm like how I follow people I like, and I share as much as Icould think- is reasonable and like how do howdoy.
